Known as the father of modern management, Peter Drucker died Friday.  Drucker’s book, The Effective Executive, was the book that first sparked my interest in business management and effectiveness.

“Drucker was considered a management visionary for his recognition that dedicated employees are key to the success of any corporation, and marketing and innovation should come before worries about finances.”

He will be missed.
